The staff was incredibly friendly. Check-in was easy. - the hotel's location was near lush, colorful gardens, a valley surrounded by nature, a river, and a golf course in the middle of the higher Panamanian mountains.

The hotel is located in an area where they grow amazing coffee, and I thoroughly enjoyed the great food.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel in a beautiful location surrounded by nature. The views of the valley and the river were breathtaking. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with well-maintained gardens, a temperate pool, golf and mini-golf courses, and even tennis and soccer fields. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, clean, and provided gorgeous landscape views. The breakfast options were delicious, with both à la carte and buffet styles. The staff was dedicated and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Immersed in a fairytale atmosphere, nestled in the volcanic hills, our stay at this hotel was a dream come true. The well-kept garden and beautiful streams surrounding the property create a truly magical experience. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and the delicious food at the restaurant exceeded our expectations. Despite being a bit further away from the town, it was a safe and enjoyable walk to explore the surroundings. Plus, the kids absolutely adored the hammock on the terrace.

The rental golf clubs offered on-site were in poor condition and not up to par with the rest of the resort's facilities.

The grounds were beautiful with a large pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam bath. The facilities were clean and uncrowded, providing towels for guests. The massage offered was wonderful.

Just returned from a delightful stay at Valle Escondido. The room was cozy and well-equipped, and the hotel's beautiful decor added a touch of elegance. The lush gardens and picturesque views make for great photo opportunities. The staff, especially Jose Caballero at reception, were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The location is perfect, with easy access to town. The gym and indoor pool were great amenities.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend at this hotel. Two complementary facts stood out: the beautiful grounds and the well-maintained facilities. The hotel's location was also a major plus - easy to get to and close to many attractions. Furthermore, we particularly enjoyed the outdoor pool, which was a refreshing way to spend the warm afternoons.

There were also a few downsides to our stay. The breakfast could have been better - the options were limited and the space was crowded.
