Friendly and attentive staff made me feel welcome.
During my 4-night stay, the outdoor pool was not open, which was a huge disappointment. I was looking forward to relaxing and swimming outside after a long trip, but instead, only the indoor pool was available. Unfortunately, the indoor pool was way too warm for my liking, which made it hard to enjoy.

Great hotel with free wifi, a beautiful indoor swimming pool, and great spa services. The staff helped me retrieve lost sim cards during my first visit, which I still remember. Highly recommend for a rejuvenating escape!

I loved my stay at Valle Escondido Wellness Resort. The property is stunning, nestled in a beautiful valley, which makes it incredibly peaceful. The Altavista Bungalow I stayed in was perfect—comfortable with a nice sitting area and a lovely terrace. The facilities blew me away. the gym was fantastic, and the indoor pool was nice, but I wished the outdoor pool was open. The staff were exceptional, especially Roger, Luis, and Hadee at the front desk—they were welcoming and so helpful. I enjoyed the vegan food options provided. everything tasted delicious, and the restaurant was a highlight of my stay. On the downside, the outdoor pool was closed during my visit, which was a disappointment. After traveling for a while, I was looking forward to swimming outside and relaxing by the water. The indoor pool was too warm for my taste as well. Those were the only real downsides. the rest of my experience was delightful and I’m already planning to return!

Stunning property with fantastic staff
I recently had the pleasure of staying at a resort nestled in a beautiful valley, and it was absolutely enchanting. The facilities, including the gym and pool, were top-notch, and the restaurant offered excellent vegan options. The staff, particularly Roger, Luis, and Hadee at the front desk, were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. While everything was great, the air conditioning in my room didn’t keep me cool enough at night.

Couples escape with very nice staff
Wow, the staff here were amazing! They went out of their way to make our stay special, especially when we mentioned it was our honeymoon.
It definitely wasn't low cost, but for what we got, it was still reasonable.

Oh man, the dining at Valle Escondido was a total culinary delight! The vegan options were on point, especially the fresh ceviche that literally danced on my tongue. Plus, the staff, especially Roger, Luis, and Hadee, were super friendly and made us feel right at home. The Altavista Bungalow was our cozy sanctuary amidst all this deliciousness.
Now, let's keep it real—the outdoor pool was closed for cleaning, which was a bummer after long days of exploring. The vibe was still top-notch, just with a bit of extra warmth.
